Scrum Master

We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our dynamic team!

The Scrum Master facilitates the adoption of Scrum principles and practices, assists the team in removing impediments, and ensures that the team remains focused on achieving their goals.

Job responsibilities

• Guide the Scrum team through the implementation of Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives.
• Mentor team members in understanding and applying Agile and Scrum principles, ensuring that the team maintains a high level of adherence to the Scrum framework.
• Identify and help remove any obstacles or impediments that hinder the team's progress, whether they are related to processes, resources, or external factors.
• Encourage the team to reflect on their processes and practices during Sprint Retrospectives, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to enhance productivity and quality.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members, Product Owners, and other stakeholders, ensuring that the team's work aligns with business goals.
• Protect the team from external disruptions and ensure they have a focused work environment during Sprints.
• Monitor team performance using relevant Scrum metrics and provide insights to stakeholders about the team's progress and accomplishments.
• Continuously adapt and tailor the Scrum practices to fit the team's needs, while still adhering to the core principles of Scrum.

Skills and abilities:

• Skill in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives) effectively.
• Ability to work with Jira
• 1  years of Scrum Master experience in İT projects
• Ability to promote innovative thinking and self-improvement within the team
• Confident and skilled at navigating the team through road-blocks to allow sprints to be completed on time
• Strong communication skills with ability to communicate complex messages, teach new concepts and mentoring skills
• Experience in scheduling and coordinating meetings, identifying risks/dependencies/impediments, and coordinating resources and handling multiple priorities required
• Skill in managing conflicts and resolving issues within the team.
• Basic technical understanding to facilitate discussions and decisions around technical topics and -Ability to assist in technical problem-solving and decision-making.

Working hours:

• We work 10:00 – 19:00  (13:00-14:00 lunch time)

Salary: Competitive and negotiable based on experience and knowledge.
