Job Responsibilities:
▪ Support the development and implementation of Talent, L&D initiatives and strategies aligned with business objectives.
▪ Design and execute strategic, high impact talent management practices such as the annual talent review and succession planning process with senior leadership, the performance management process, and the periodic peer feedback process.
▪ Refine existing talent management policies, systems and processes, and set up new processes as required.
▪ Provide coaching and support to managers on talent management best practices.
▪ Utilize leadership development strategies, data, tools, and processes to identify employee learning requirements and competency gaps by conducting a talent assessment.
▪ Analysis of gaps in the results of the Succession planning process - at the functional and company level, to identify the list of actions and responsible persons.
▪ Design and facilitate workshops and/or key interventions for individual departments and employee groups as needed.
▪ To actively participate in events, meetings and meetings organized by the company.
▪ Establish and manage external partnerships that supports talent development and organizational effectiveness such as workshop facilitators, executive coaches, consultants, and other key service providers.
▪ Be part of the group L&D community, actively collaborating with ideas on new solutions, external benchmarks and learning technologies.
▪ Support execution of employee promotion and career-pathing initiatives. Support implementation of the staff mobility program between group companies.
▪ Work with leaders across the organization to identify talent gaps and develop talent development and retention strategies.
▪ Monitor and analyze talent metrics to inform decision-making.
▪ Gain insights to enhance leadership and organization culture, support in the identification of bottlenecks and propose developments through analysis, feedback and recommendations for action.
▪ Together with the head of department, supervise employee engagement initiatives and other culturealigned initiatives. Partner with key internal stakeholders to support and guide these initiatives.
▪ Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent management.
▪ Manage and develop the talent management team.
▪ Prepare and consolidate the Talent, Learning and Development budgets. 2
Required Skills/Abilities:
▪ Outstanding verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
▪ Excellent organizational skills, high degree of attention to detail and comfort working with ambiguity.
▪ Ability to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects.
▪ Ability to influence and drive change.
▪ Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
▪ Project management skills.
▪ Strong critical thinking and analytical skills regularly to identify issues and trends, develop solutions and/or recommendations.
▪ Demonstrated ability to exercise strong judgment in sensitive situations.
▪ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Education and Experience:
▪ University degree in HRM, Business Administration or MBA.
▪ Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR field and 2 years of experience in manager role.
▪ Experience in a high volume, fast paced and customer focused environment (preferably with experience in banking and financial institutions)
▪ Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages.
▪ HR certifications (HRCI, SHRM, CIPD etc.) will be considered an advantage
